Top Camping Vaasa Bookings for Accommodation

You can request for a booking for your accommodation by filling out and sending us the following form.   No advance booking is available for caravans, camper vans and/or tents.

When you send us the form, you request for a booking. Note that it is not yet a formal booking. The booking is valid when it has been confirmed by us by e-mail.

Terms for bookings and cancellations

Accommodation per Night

Cottage accommodation starts at 4 pm on your date of arrival and ends at noon on your date of departure. If you have booked a cottage in advance, it will be reserved for you until 6 pm on your date of arrival, unless there has been no separate agreement on a later arrival.

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation for Private Customers

a) Ordinary bookings: If the booking is cancelled later than 6 pm in the previous evening, we will charge a full price for one overnight stay.
b) Bookings at the time of special events (e.g. Midsummer, Wasa Football Cup, Kesäkisat)
The booking can be cancelled without any charge not later than 7 days before the date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, the camping site is entitled to charge a compensation as follows:
Cancellation later than 7 days before the intended date of arrival: 50 % or the price of one overnight stay Cancellation later than 1 day before the intended date of arrival: 90 % of the price

Terms and Conditions of Cancellation for Groups

The booking for a group can be cancelled without a charge when: a) it is done not later than 21 days before the intended date of arrival and when it covers 50% or more of the group, or b) it is done not later than 14 days before the intended date of arrival and when it covers less than 50% of the group. If the booking is cancelled later, we will charge as follows:

a): 21-14 days before the intended date of arrival: 25 % 13-7 days before the intended date of arrival: 75 % later than 7 days before the intended date of arrival: 90%

b): 14-8 days before the intended date of arrival: 25 % 7-3 days before the intended date of arrival: 50 % later than 3 days before the intended date of arrival: 90 %
